Business and Contact

This website is operated by Crowned Lotus Collective LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, United States. For product questions, accessibility assistance, or privacy requests, email hello@crownedlotuscollective.com.

Products, Prices, and Availability

Our catalogue features calendars, affirmation cards, and reflective digital resources. Prices are in United States dollars (USD). A proposed or target price is identified as such and may change before ordering opens. Products marked coming soon are unavailable for purchase.

Orders are not currently open and this website does not collect payments, accept preorders, or reserve stock. Emailing for updates does not create an order. Final product specifications, any taxes, delivery terms, and the total price will be shown before payment when checkout opens.

Delivery and Shipping

Digital products will be supplied electronically; no physical item will be shipped for a digital purchase. Download access and delivery instructions will be shown before purchasing opens. Printed products are not currently available to order. Shipping destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times will be published with each physical product before orders are accepted.

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no orders or charges to cancel or refund at this time. Once digital purchasing opens, downloaded products will generally be final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact customer care for duplicate charges, missing downloads, corrupted files, or a product that materially differs from its description so we can review and resolve the issue, including replacement access or an appropriate refund.

Physical return and cancellation terms will be published before physical orders open. Do not email payment-card details or passwords.

Digital Product License

Unless a product states otherwise, a digital purchase grants one purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and print for personal use. Sharing files, resale, redistribution, public uploads, and commercial reproduction require separate written permission. Contact us for organizational licensing.

Privacy

We do not sell personal information. Information supplied in inquiries may be handled by our email and hosting providers and disclosed where required by law. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. This notice will be updated when checkout, fulfillment, analytics, or subscription services are introduced.
